Hands-on practice with AI prompts and sample data | Back to Home
You've just received an RFP from Sunrise Furniture Co. They're looking for a 3PL partner. Your sales manager wants a quick summary of what they're asking for and whether we should pursue it.
Go to the AI Prompts section and open "RFP Analysis Prompts"
This prompt will extract key requirements from the RFP into a structured summary.
Paste the prompt, then paste the RFP content where it says "[PASTE RFP HERE]"
The AI should give you a structured summary with customer info, services requested, volumes, timeline, and questions to ask.
A customer just emailed asking for a rate on 2 pallets from Atlanta to Nashville, needed by Friday. You need to respond quickly with a quote.
This prompt includes sample carrier rates and the customer's email. Copy the entire prompt.
Paste into ChatGPT or Claude and run it.
The AI should calculate all-in rates and draft a response email.
A shipment is delayed due to a carrier breakdown. The customer (a 3-year account worth $45K/month) previously complained about not being notified promptly. You need to write a professional email that's empathetic but not groveling.
This prompt includes all the context about the customer relationship and situation.
Does the email acknowledge their previous feedback? Is the tone right?
Ask the AI to make it shorter, or more apologetic, or include a discount offer. See how it adapts.
Try running the same prompt in both ChatGPT and Claude. Compare the outputs - you'll notice different styles and approaches!
It's Monday morning and you need to prepare for the weekly collections meeting. Create a summary of overdue accounts and recommend collection priorities.
Open the Data Viewer and view the AR Aging Report table. Copy the data.
Combine the prompt with the data and run it.
Does the AI correctly identify the highest-priority accounts? Are the action recommendations sensible?
Your team describes their quote process differently - it's messy and inconsistent. You need to document the actual process as a flowchart that can be used for training and improvement.
This will create a flowchart with problem areas highlighted.
The AI will output Mermaid diagram code.
Go to mermaid.live and paste the code to see your flowchart.
If the Mermaid code has errors, paste the error message back to the AI and ask it to fix the code. It will usually correct it on the second try.
Sunrise Furniture just signed! Now you need to plan their implementation. Use multiple prompts together to create a complete onboarding package.
Read the new customer info sheet to understand Sunrise Furniture's requirements.
Use "Prompt 1: Onboarding Task Generator" from Customer Onboarding Prompts.
Use "Prompt 5: Risk Assessment" to identify potential issues.
Use "Prompt 3: Customer Kick-Off Meeting Agenda" to prepare for the first meeting.
Use "Prompt 4: Welcome Packet Content" to create customer-facing documentation.
